Registration information

Registration and abstract submission are done directly on the CSF platform, the link is at the bottom of this page. Before entering the process, please read carefully the content of this page and note the total amount you should be paying, you will have to enter the exact amount during the payment process on the CSF platform. The prices are all inclusive for the total duration of the conference (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, room, excursion).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1- Due to the limited number of single rooms at the Monte Verita, we greatly encourage the participants to book double rooms with double occupancy whenever it is possible. The single room occupancy will be based on a first come first served basis.

2- Depending on the total number of participants (max 70), double room with single occupancy may be available.

3- Nearby hotels are available in the area, however an extra charge of 90CHF/night will apply in that case.
Estimated registration cost: single room (220CHF + 90CHF)/night. (IN THAT CASE, PLEASE CONTACT JEROME NOIR PRIOR TO REGISTRATION)

4- Payment method: Credit card only, DO NOT SELECT "BANK" IN THE PAYMENT METHOD. Onsite payment will be subject to extra cost (35CHF)

5- Room reservations are for the duration of the conference only (Sunday 7 to Friday 12). Pre- and post-reservations are possible, see directly with the reservation desk of the Monte Verita: info@monteverita.org

6- Abstract should ideally be submitted with the registration. If the abstract need to be submitted later, it can be send directly by email to the organisers.

7- Attendance for the 5 nights of the conference is expected.

REGISTRATION FEES:

The registration fee, which includes housing, lunches and diners as well as the conference dinner depends on the chosen accommodation:

- Double room/double occupancy: 117CHF/night (sunday to friday=585CHF) (If you know with whom you would like to share the room please enter in the sharing person box)

- Double room/single occupancy: 172CHF/night (sunday to friday=860CHF)

- Single Room: 132CHF/night (sunday to friday=660CHF)

- Accompanying person in double occupancy room: 202CHF/night (sunday to friday=1010CHF)

The deadline for registration is April 7th.

GRANTS:

A limited number of grants will be made available for young researchers. Please contact the organisers directly before March 7th.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND LIABILITY:

Note that the cancellation policy will apply to all participants without exception.

- 6 to 3 months prior to the beginning of the conference, 30% penalty.
- 3 months to 15 days prior to the beginning of the conference, 60% penalty.
- 15 days to the beginning of the conference, 90% penalty.

The conference organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as result of, the conference. Registration fees do not include insurance.
