The European GdR on Dynamo is an international network, which gathers several european groups working on dynamo theory. A "European GdR" is an international "Groupe de Recherche", or scientific coordination network. Its aim is to organise regular joint meetings. The 2013 meeting of the European GdR Dynamo will take place in the form of an International Symposium on Geophysical and Astrophysical Dynamos from July 7 to 12 2013 in Switzerland, in the Centro Stefano Franscini.
